Whereby we place great importance on preparing fresh regional produce every day and the using seasonal products. The consistent performance of the kitchen, led by Christian Laberer, has been rewarded with, among other things, 14 Gault Millau points. Our “Culinary calendar” offers a variety of specialities and themed evenings.
